Adolph:
A front
somersault with three-and-a-half twists.
Ballout:
Any forward rotating element that starts with the back making contact
with the trampoline bed.
Barani:
A forward somersault with a half-twist.
Bed:
The spring portion of a trampoline that athletes bounce on.
Cody:
Any somersault element that starts with the stomach making contact
with the trampoline bed.
Fliffis:
A double somersault with a twist.
Miller:
Three twists followed by a backward double somersault.

Four twists followed by a backward double somersault.
Quadriffis:
A quadruple somersault with a twist.
Randolph:
A front somersault with two-and-a-half twists. Also known as a
"Randy."
Rudolph:
A front somersault with one-and-a-half twists. Also known as a
"Rudy."
Somersault:
A move that involves a complete rotation of the body with the heels
over the head.
Straddle:
A position in which the legs are split sideways.
Triffis:
Three somersaults followed by a twist.
